- Sweating like a beast while arriving at the summit of a strenuous hike
- Opening peoples hearts through talking
- Making intricate hand-movements (like an orchestra director) to the rhythm of music
- Writing on paper with a high quality pen (Parker)
- Hugging my beautiful nieces
- My new found appreciation for the poetic beauty that is the French language
- Playing the same lick on my guitar over, and over, and over again while my busy mind settles (and have people on the other side of the door probably think I’ve burned my fuse, and got stuck on repeat somehow)
- Placing my second hand on the top boulder of a technical climbing problem
- The ocasinally out-of-nowhere emerging underbelly feeling of joy spreading through my core, making me sing in the streets (and not care who’s listening)
